Pretty much through parts at me furnace charged me 800 bucks and furnace still doesnt operate correctly. They demonstrated a total lack of communication between their office and techs. Tried sending different techs out which equated to a total waste of time. They took my tools that i was using to get it going again. Didnt replace my tools with what i had. All in the middle of winter. All their parts must be marked up 90%. Just ridiculous. Dont worry someone figured out your tech put the wrong size nozzle in and the thermostat was toast. Thanks again for ripping me off almost a grand.
