Bought a vehical from these guys three weeks ago didn't haggle price was under the impression it was a good deal. Within the first week the truck almost killed me due to failing break lines. Took it to these vagrants and paid to have all breaklines replaced. Not a week after that wash rinse and repeat. Not a great place will take advantage not honest.
Northern auto is the worst place to take your car. I took my car there they said it was fixed before they even told me what was wrong with it. Not only did the charge me a ridiculous amount of money but my car broke down on the way home for the same reason. Took my car back cuz they said they guaranteed there work. My car sat there another 90 days and then they refused to fix it. Zelda never returned calls. But thankfully when i moved it to a new shop after being screwed over by them it was fixed in less then a week. Oh yeah they still have a couple parts to my car they never returned. I called but of course they wont return my calls. Zelda also said good thing i didnt charge u oh but they did.
Bought a van there, they lied about the shape it was in. The front passenger tire locked up the day after I bought it and I got in a head on collision that ruined the front end. When my mechanic tried to fix it. He said there was alot wrong with it before the purchase and it wasn't fixable. My ex had bought a vehicle from them a year before that. It died a week after the purchase. We brought it back, they "fixed" it. The next day the axel fell off. Brought it back in they "fixed" it and we had it 2 days before the axel fell off again! No master mechanic they had a 16 year old boy doing the repairs. This kid was googling how to do things and no one checked his work. Finally we said we were done. A week later they sold it to someone else! Liars and cheats plus the owner was super rude!
They are nice and easy to work with .. if you are travelling remember you are a ways from anything so things might take a while to get there i.e. parts. Prices are very fair!
Friendly customer service, they do a nice job and the prices are reasonable.
